StrikeThorugh and background color tool bar buttons tooltips are not localized. These two button tooltips always showing in English.

https://froala.com/wysiwyg-editor/languages/ When I checked in the demo link the above strings are showing as expected but when I use this library those strings are showing always in English for other languages also.
