Spectre on Bioconda

Hi,

I'm working an a Spectre module for nf-core. To keep in line with community guidelines, it would be amazing if Spectre were available on Bioconda. Considering that it is already on PiPy, the process seems quite straight-forward: https://bioconda.github.io/contributor/guidelines.html#python

Thank you for pointing this out! Yes, we definitely have publishing Spectre on Bioconda on our roadmap and are planning to do this with the next release. I will take a look into it!
