Compatability with Duet

Hello,

I'm trying to run SURVIVOR on the output from Duet output (does phased SV calling from ONT data, https://github.com/yekaizhou/duet/) but it doesn't give me an output unless I run the same file against itself.

I've included part of my VCF. Any idea why it's not compatible?
