Merge vcf

Hello

I tried to merge 3 vcf data sets. I get this message:

I could load the glib and could resolve the above error message.

I couldn't get a clue about this below error and I checked the permissions to the vcf files, path of file names.

VCF Parser: could not open file: path of vcf file

code run: ./SURVIVOR merge list.txt 1000 2 1 0 0 50 merged.vcf

Can you help with this issue
