should elements with id "connector3pad" and "connector4pad" actually be holes (with id "nonconn0" and "nonconn1") with no copper ring?

They should be able to get connected to e.g. GND. It is the metal of the device, but it is (like the USB connector) often connected to the GND as shielding – even, if it it not connected, people have to solder it to gain stability.

Not sure if this an issue, the part needs holes for soldering. Not sure if they are there. In any case, it should be moved to the parts repository.
