Add sharing button in Fritzing

Now that online project sharing is available, we need to integrate it into Fritzing.

Two places to put the link:

• In the menu under "File > Share online.." (below "Save as shareable..")
• In the bottom toolbar (using the toolbarShare_icon.png), after the flip icon.

For the first round, we could simply have it link to http://fritzing.org/projects/create It would be nice then to store user name and password in the preferences.

r3371 : put the link in the two places, though adding it after flip felt wrong--I moved it to the leftmost position, before add a note.

moving "store username & password" to a separate issue

there's currently no pressed button state, so toolbarSharePressed_icon.png needs editing
