phantom connection in example files

from 0.8.5 matrix.fzz and ping-pong.fzz, wire2058 has a true connection to the pin3A on the breadboard, but a leftover? connection to the arduino SDK pin. The connection only exists in breadboard view.

note: examples were added in 0.8.5. Maybe need to filter all fzzs for connections that don't exist in all three views?

I think that the matrix example is correct in 0.9.4. However, there is something strange in the PingPong example. All the views are connected properly based on the connection status reported. However, the resistors R5, R6 and R8 are placed in in a wrong position in the breadboard (under the matrix) and in theory the should not connect the Arduino with the matrix.
