Workaround with a hole of zero diameter and ringthickness > 0 doesn't work, because the hole can not be connected. Workaround with a via does not work, since currently the minimal diameter is 0.1. Also, both would show on top and bottom layer.

Workaround: Using a rectangular pad (and resizing it to eg 0.5mm x 0.5mm) instead of a round pad works.
