put copper blocker parts in their own layer?

From the old forum: "for the copper blocker's it would be great if they could have there own layer, then you can hide them using the view menu. now they only hide when you hide the copper layer.. usualy i add them, and then i want to change something, and then i have to delete the copper blocker and add it again to make things less messy.. "

I think existing features already solve this use case. You can lock the part, and send it to the background "Send to Back" Ctrl+Shift+[

Then, the copper blocker should not get in the way anymore when editing.

There are still severe bugs with z-ordering, but this would be a different issue.
