Annotator broken after update to iPadOS 16.3.1 and iOS 16.3.1 (also broken when updated to 16.3)

Getting a new error on IOS 16.4 ![IMG_0311](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/26656736/223656742-be002a47-98bc-4315-81a5-e3a6c883dfc5.png) Edit: Nevermind that error, my fault. It seems to be fixed on iPadOS 16.4 beta now. Annotator works again.
