Backward compatibility

With this commit I want to mantain the backward compatibility with the v0.4.1, because right now have not sense to create the break change to separate the http into a sub command, because we only have a one way to up and running Killgrave, I guess that could be better idea to think about to change this if we implement the grpc mode in the future
