Target naming

https://github.com/friendlyanon/cmake-init/commit/6089ad5e8a0234cab9c889d536cfb7e42aef3904 simplified the main target's name in executable projects and I'm thinking whether the same could be applied to other project types as well. It's customary to double up the name that would normally be when there is only a single target exported from a project.
