Add translation popup

This PR adds the translation popup when the user uses a different system language than English.

DevFest is shown in the navbar at a page event

When sharing via G+ or so devfest.gdg.events should show the icon of the tagged event series. Similar for event pages, they should contain relevant meta data.

Use login to determine home chapter

Currently, you can add the same ruler more than once. Furthermore, you can add the ruler of the kingdom also as a subject of the kingdom.

Icon misleading

The icon in the manifest is taken from hello blockstack, misleading the user about the app.

The list of other kingdoms could contain the current user's kingdom. It should be hidden or disabled.
