unable to intercept function of .plt on arm64

Hello, I have a problem which is similar to issue #1469 (https://github.com/frida/frida/issues/1469). When I hook the following .plt instructs, it triggers the exception, 'Error: unable to intercept function at 0x7c43f98bf0; please file a bug'.

This problem doesn't exit on arm32.
