Make Field Guide more visible for new visitors

Overview

For now (https://frictionlessdata.io/), it's hidden behind the menu. But we can make it more visible for new visitors adding to:

• content sections (e.g. merging chat/forum)
• as a slider to switch between the FD video / Field Guild on top
• etc
