Integration with Data Quality Dashboard

Description

The Data Quality CLI is essentially a set of custom task runners around good tables, to support the creation of a flat file database assessing data quality of a collection of sources, for display in the Data Quality Dashboard. These tasks could probably quite easily be added to good tables.io as a plugin that generates these databases in an automated fashion, and could even generate the dashboard UI when activated.

Such an integration would be a great paid-level add-on.

I don't see a reason for now to do not use goodtables.io. It returns reports with error codes and we have error weights in Data Quality Spec for quality calculations.
