Dropbox integration

Description

As a user, I want to run good tables against a directory in Dropbox, so I can validate data using my existing dropbox-based workflows.

Notes

If Dropbox does not have push notifications for a new file hitting the "filesystem", then we'd need a pull-based job runner that checks for files, possibly checks their hashes against previously known to see if there are changes, and then runs.
