Make the main site design cohesive

Overview

Curently, we have differently styled parts for example the logo vs the projects pictures etc. It needs to be reviewed by a visual designer.

Also, we mighe need to add new favicons to the Frictionless Projects.

Ideas

  • make blue as a primary color instead of read (see analysis in frictionlessdata/website#209)?
