How Are "Warnings" Generated in the Validation Report?

Hi Frictionless Team,

I'm using the Frictionless validation tool and noticed that the validation report contains a "warnings": [] section. However, when I validate my data, I only get errors and have not been able to generate any warnings.

Could you please clarify:

1. Under what conditions does the Frictionless validation report generate warnings instead of errors?
2. How can I configure my validation rules to produce warnings instead of errors for certain issues?
