WKT with optional SRID

WKT might contain a Spatial Reference System Identifier (SRID) at the beginning

This change

  1. adds the optional SRID to the grammar,
  2. contains a newly generated parser and
  3. adds a test case for a WKT with SRID.
  • fixes #1731
