[Feature] Improved sync button

Description

Update the teammate "sync" button so that it updates the stat slider with the current equipped build's stats

potential considerations:

• only fetch stats if teammate in question is fully equipped
• try to preemptively add buffs from other teammates that would affect the slider (keel/Fu Xuan E1 for Sparkle/Bronya/Sunday, fleet for Robin, etc...)
• similar to above, add conditional lc buffs that would affect slider (e.g. Robin sig)
