Im kinda curious if there's actually a use case for this one now that reliquary is the recommended scanner

it's probably still useful for times like now where the reliquary is down or immediately after patches when the only import methods are manual import and OCR

After some thought I'm going to call this feature cancelled for now, sorry! I imagine this will probably cause more issues than not - preferring full scans to reduce chances of bad deduping logic for similar unleveled relics.
