[Feature] select trailblazer

Motivation

Currently the optimizer displays both Caelus and Stelle, this pollutes the display with duplicated information, and makes changing the scoring algorithm for the trailblazer annoying (e.g. "all characters" view in relic insights)

Goal

Add an option in the settings menu to only show 1 trailblazer
