[Feature] Add a "Substat value" view to the relic scorer to show which additional substat would be the most beneficial

Motivation

Currently one of the common questions people have is "how do I improve this build" when they view the build in the relic scorer

Goal

• Run the current build in the simulator
• Simulate an additional single roll to each of the stats
• Show the improvement that the extra roll would give in terms of damage, and sort the results by meaningful stats

Needs some UI discussion about how this would look
