[Feature] Relics tab manual input UI improvements

Motivation

A lot of our users don't use the scanners and rather are manually inputting relics. Also users will edit relics for example that are +0 to +3 when they upgrade it. The manual input process could use some improvements to make it easier

Objective

This task will be a lot of UI changes but the idea is this:

• Move the relic preview to a sidebar, similar to the Optimizer tab's sidebar
• Replace its previous spot with the contents of the Edit relic modal
• The "modal" should auto-update when users click on new relics
• Add in easy-upgrade buttons, similar to
• Expand the Potential view to stretch to the height of the "modal"
• Change the Potential view buckets to 5% instead of 10%
