[Feature] Direct import of character from relic scorer

Motivation

Currently the relic scorer only has the ability to import relics themselves, but not the equipped character. A possible use case might be that the user wants to take a unit from the relic scorer, then copy that unit's build into the optimizer.

Objective

Enable an extension of the "Import relics into optimizer" button for "Import character and relics into optimizer". Suggested UI would be a Dropdown button to show the extra option. https://ant.design/components/dropdown#components-dropdown-demo-dropdown-button

This should import all 8x6 relics and then take the current character and add it to the roster, and equip the relic scorer relics onto the selected character.

Note: Include level/eidolons/light cone/superimposition
