[Feature] Fix the file size validation for imgur uploads

Motivation

Currently there is no validation on file size before uploading to imgur

Goal

Find the imgur api file size limit, check custom portrait uploads against that limit before uploading to the api, and throw some error banner when exceeded, "Image too large, try resizing or choosing a different image"
