[Bug] Clicking an optimizer row for the first time sometimes scrolls back to the top of the page

Don't have a repro for this one but sometimes it randomly scrolls me back up to the top. I've seen this as an Antd bug before too, clicking a partially offscreen component but not sure if this root case is related.
