[Feature] Expanded preset options for each character

Motivation

Currently each character has presets that just have a Standard option for inputting main stats + weights

Objective

Add a second (or more) tier of presets - "Endgame" and "Midgame" probably, maybe "Ideal". These should put in stat goals such as Black Swan's 120 EHR breakpoint and be more strict about the sets the user can use
