[Feature] Improve saved builds UX

Motivation

Managing multiple saved builds can be fairly laborious in the current state. Scoring teams are not saved with build so when switcing builds the team needs to be manually updated When a build is improved, I need to delete the old build in order to save the new build (since I usually want to keep the same name)

Goals

• Save the scoring team as part of the build and automatically apply it when equipping the build
  • if possible dynamically update in the saved builds modal as well to be able to see the score of saved builds without needing to equip them
• Add an option to overwrite a saved build
