[Feature] Preset default enemy counts per character

Motivation

Currently the scorer assumes 1 enemy count for all characters. This doesnt really work for aoe/ashblazing character conditionals.

Goal

Apply a preset enemy count to the metadata configs for each character and apply those to character / scorer optimizations.
