[Feature] Request to be able to bulk rename devices

When using Windows from a different region, the device types are still in the original language regardless your current OS language settings. This is annoying as devices (such as speakers and microphones) shows as devices with a different name in the local language.

It would be great to have a simple way to rename the devices from CLI.
