Compulsion doesn't work under XQuartz windows

Compulsion menu is grey under any XQuartz windows, making all option unavailable. Thank you!

I’ll aim to fix this for Compulsion 2.

The X11 APIs are quite messy though, so I’m sure I’ll have a fun time doing that. :grin:

I recommend using ShiftIt, which works with XQuartz, in the mean time.
