Rendering mentioned roles in embeds is borked on mobile clients

This is not an issue on our side, but a bug in the official Discord clients. Maybe we can choose a different way to display the information and work around the bug, or decide to keep it that way and hope for Discord fixing it soon.

This isn't something we can fix unless we replace role.getAsMention() with role.getName() which would fix the mobile problem but downgrade the quality of the way it displays on desktop
