Add: link in nav to reset the whole reading list for current logged in user

Thank you Harendra for this second contribution! Just like your other PR, it looks like tests are failing and I'm not sure why yet (it's likely not related to your changes), so I'll look into this later and take care of merging the PR once it's fixed.
