Multiple selects crash the page

Hi frequent

if you add several selects, for example when u have a form, no matter if it's in the menu or in the main, when you start playing with them, the page crashes. I've just used your demo page http://www.stokkers.mobi/jqm/multiview/demo_dialog.html and copied the select u already have there several times.

Can you try on this page. I only updated this one, because I'm super busy at the moment. The whole demo page still sucks, but I need a few days after my current project to set it up.

- C2 dialog (BROKEN) is an internal page inside the panel. Problem is, dialogs can only be opened if they are attached to the BODY. Since C2 is attached to DIV-PANEL, it doesn't work yet. 
- C3 is a a dialog, where you load an external page C3.html into a dialog. This works fine
- Standard 7Day is your custom select. Also works.

Let me know if multiple custom selects break the page again. This is actually more of a JQM issue, because custom selects (and popups) trigger a hashChange that passes through JQM and kicks off an unwanted backwards transition, which messes up multipage.

I have put a temp fix in the plugin, so this should work now until solved by JQM.

This page works slightly better but still has some problems. For example, if u have a long select, then a popup appears with all the options and it seems is working more or less ok, although there is some problems when u start playing with the selects in the menu and in the main page. Another problem is when u have 3 or 4 options, as the popup is no so big as to hide the current page, the options are not showed correctly.
