What is providing notify.alexa_media?

Should be provided by Alexa Media Player.

@TomberWolf Have you checked that your Alexa Media Player entities exist? There has been some odd behaviour with both AMP and the core Alexa Devices integration recently (notwithstanding the AWS outage today).

@RealGandy I know about the strange behaviour with AMP but the entities are fine and the automations concerned also work perfectly.

I have the same issue. The entities come from Alexa Media Player, they exist and all the automations are working correctly. However, Spook reports these missing actions every time I restart Home Assistant.

I am having a similar problem with my discord notification service. I get a repair that it does not exist when it really does. It could be its not started yet when the service is checked. I don't know if this is related or if it needs it own issue.

I can confirm this issue! Same here.

The actions are working as supposed, but Spook still flags them as issue
