Popeye pop_lx5 .pac file and pal/vni colors wrong some scenes and seems slow to draw scores (can watch red wash down over white) vpx 10.7.4 x64 and x86 vpinmame 3.6-sc-603 DmdDevice.log

much better with R13. still sometimes red palm trees on the skill shot. all other scenes looked great

test again with 2.2.2 snapshot 0 still seeing red washing over white score numbers and still red palm trees on second time skill shot and other color anomalies when scores are displayed
