Get aligned with VP 10.7 + 10.8

There's a bunch of features and changes in VP 10.7 since we've ported it:

• [ ] add Inder/Playmatic trigger mesh
• [x] new field NOTX in table data ("notes text")?
• [x] ELFO (elastic fall-off) is now available in surfaces
• [ ] new plunger option: Enable 1s retract
• [ ] new table save date and revision in table info
• [x] make sure webp support works
• [x] make sure mp3 support works
