Why not modify seahub_settings.py directly instead of depending on another environment variable?

The recommended way is to install Seafile via docker image. The installer is no longer recommended to use.

I'm afraid we will no longer support video thumbnail feature.

pyheif-pillow-opener is still in a very early beta version. We don't want to include it yet.

[pillow-heif/](https://pypi.org/project/pillow-heif/) is in beta too and there are not many stars in the project.

We will give it a check.
