Linking files is a very useful option.

Sometimes, when we know the name of that file, we prefer not to open it. There is no way in the map to know what the name of that file is ?

It is better to show the name of the linked file so that the user can make a more accurate decision to open or not to open that file. Please create a feature to show the name of the linked file when pausing the mouse on the icon of the linked file.

While this feature request is being evaluated, you can use your keyboard to pre-check a link before opening it: Ctrl+K

actually if you hover over the link, then the link (including the file name) is shown in the bottom of the Freeplane window
