Check if the CurrentScheme component can be removed

The CurrentScheme component has been reviewed as part of this pull request in order to fix types and the media query list parameter. As mentioned, I couldn't find any usage of the component and I don't think storybook is picking it up for any reason, so Im creating this issue to revisit this and remove it if its actually not used.
