Add to docs a version when a component and properties where added to Wave

Since at the moment, we have a "live" version of the documentation, it would be great to write a version when components and properties were introduced to avoid questions when a person uses an outdated version and tries to use recent features of the library

Alternatives

Version the documentation. It is an approach that will probably require us to move to another documenting platform
