Fixed height text view placeholder scrolls up

In the Fixed height text view (huge placeholder) example, placeholder text scrolls up after about half a second when tapping on it. This causes the active cursor to be "hidden" in edit mode. I assume it is related to the keyboard scrolling the content of placeholder text view up if it "doesn't fit" on the screen.
