Help identifying reporters

After extensively inspecting the westlaw and lexis citation dataset, i couldn't find any information from some reporters, i hope someone can help me identify them.

This is a sample list of citations where i was unable to identify the reporter

  • 1 A.D.D. 469
  • 2001 DJCAR 3912
  • 9 Fed.R.Serv.2d 73A.66, 1
  • 2013 IL App (1st) 1093240-B
  • 94-1781 (La. 7/6/94) (I believe these are docket numbers)
  • 9426580 (La.App. 2 Cir. 1/25/95) (I believe these are docket numbers)
  • 2010 Markman 446091
  • P.U.R. 1932A 522
  • 1 Pack 255
  • 1984-86 SERB 458
