Part of #929

We have 0 documents between July 21th, 2021 and January 23th, 2023. From the source, we are missing around 10 documents

After Ramiro ran the backscraper, we have the missing opinions Note that there are 15 rows in the source and 14 in CL. However the 2 rows for McClave State Bank v. Jay Stum have the same document
