Repaint Polygon Not Occuring Properly After Setting Rotation

Additionally setRotation angle is incorrect for Polygon

this.rotationAngle should be set to angle % 360 not 360 % angle.

Also Figure doesn't change the rotation angle in this manner, so we should make it consistent.
