Onion button gone, security level slider behind 'shield'

Onions are shields in Torbrowser on Tails 4.0:

Slider is hiding behind this 'shield´ screenshots on https://blog.torproject.org/new-release-tor-browser-90 are contradicting (one has a shield, one doesn´t), should be checked what the best description is to help people change that slider level.

UX best practice on messaging is to state what we want the user to do, first; not the declaration of what's wrong, which also reads like an admonishment. :( Second, to then explain why. Users need concrete incentive, and the current H2 reads too much like marketing content in its non-specific promise of betterment.

Might I recommend:

H1: Set your Tor browser's security setting to "Safest" H2: A low Tor security setting still leaves you vulnerable to tracking or malware attacks. OL (as is)
