Cache busting does not work for Security Alert

The Wagtail settings include a wonderful feature to flag certain posts as high-priority, intended to call attention to security advisories. We used it today:

The automatic cache busting on the blog post worked great, but after saving the security alert settings to include the blog post URL, no automatic cache bust was detected. I suspect the save settings on the security alert do not trigger cache busts in Cloudflare.
