Admin guide: Add instructions to reprovision journalist accounts
Description
We need clear step by step instructions how to reprovision journalist accounts after a reinstall. This should include how to safely transfer credentials to a remote journalists.
User Stories
As a SecureDrop adminisrtator, I want clear instructions after a reinstall what I need to do to get my journalists cookin' again with SecureDrop so that I don't make a mistake with serious security implications.
I think we need to more clearly define the scope of this issue for it to be actionable, but I'm leaving it open for discussion purposes. As of today, we have instructions for:
- maintaining/restoring from backups
- onboarding journalists during the install
- adding users to the Journalist Interface
I think the most useful immediate improvement would be to add some guidance in relevant places for remotely sharing credentials with users.
